Information collected
The form may collect your name, contact information, customer type, property address, access and timing details, work description, selected service categories, and optional project photos.
How it is used
Submitted information is used to review your request, contact you, determine whether the work fits True Summit’s scope and service area, and discuss an estimate or scheduling. It is not used to create an online account or process payment.
Form processing
The static website uses Netlify Forms to process submissions. Form data and uploaded files may be stored in the site owner’s Netlify account and included in form-notification emails. Do not upload identification, financial records, medical information, or images that expose unrelated personal information.
Retention and access
Submissions are retained only as long as reasonably needed to review requests, provide service, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations.
